The largest brewery in the world has an open position for a Global Data Analyst – Warehouse Layouts & Capacity. Your main challenge will be to analyze and optimize Warehouse Capacity in our breweries and Distribution Centers through digital capabilities and improved processes. You will work in the Global Logistics Operations team, closely collaborating with members of the Global Tech and Zone Operations teams.
Responsibilities and assignments
Collaborate with Logistics teams across zones to aggregate and organize data for warehouses, including breweries, distribution centers and external warehouses into a unified, efficient database for consistent tracking and reporting.
Conduct in-depth analysis and develop visualizations to assess current capacity utilization, identify trends, and prioritize projects that drive the most impactful financial savings and investment opportunities.
Lead the Center of Excellence for Warehouse Capacity & Layout tools, providing training, guidance, and sharing best practices to empower zone teams with actionable insights and optimized workflows.
Perform layout optimization to optimize the safety, capacity and productivity of the warehouse operations.
Requirements and qualifications
Technical skills & experiences
You likely have 3-6 years of professional experience in logistics.
You have a university degree in a relevant field e.g. Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.
Experience in data & statistical analysis and visualization tools, specifically Power BI dashboard development.
Experience with warehouse layout or capacity tools such as AutoCAD, Digital Twins, WMS or Simulators is preferred.
Creatively solve business problems pragmatically and at speed – assimilating issues and turning ideas into clear requirements, generating coordinated solutions based on your own experience and insights.
Leadership & teamwork
You are great at building cross‑functional relationships and credibility with business leaders, your teams, external stakeholders, and peers.
You communicate and engage across your stakeholders delivering impactful messages, negotiating complex variables, and influencing outcomes.
