**Visionary Leadership Role: CTO/Head of Engineering
We are seeking an experienced technology leader to drive our tech and product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of growth and servant leadership.
About the Role
This is a hybrid role combining strategic leadership with hands-on involvement. Approximately 25–30% of the time will be dedicated to implementation and debugging, while the remaining focus will be on system architecture, technical direction, and guiding internal teams.
You will work directly with external vendors and partners to align on expectations and drive outcomes.
* Technology & Product Strategy – Define and execute a long-term technology roadmap aligned with business goals and innovation.
* Leadership & Growth – Inspire, mentor, and empower teams to drive effective execution.
* Product Ownership & Execution – Oversee product evolution, ensuring front-end and API development supports user experience, marketing agility, and growth initiatives.
* Security & Scalability – Ensure site security, performance, and scalability by working with our third-party technology partner while keeping internal processes efficient.
* Technical Escalation & Support – Provide backup for critical issues and guide troubleshooting, ensuring smooth collaboration with third-party providers.
