About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled operations coordinator to oversee the efficient execution of delivery routes and provide exceptional support to drivers and shippers via phone and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure seamless coordination of logistics and courier operations
* Communicate effectively with drivers and shippers to resolve issues in a timely manner
* Maintain strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements:
Proficiency in English is essential, along with the ability to work based on the Eastern US time zone (EST). A background in logistics, customer support, or account management is preferred.
This is a remote position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving operational challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery network.
