The IT Infrastructure Lead position entails overseeing a small team that works across compute, storage, and network domains.
Main Responsibilities:
* To lead and guide a small infrastructure team across multiple domains.
* Coordinate infrastructure tasks, timelines, and dependencies to ensure alignment with technical objectives.
* Facilitate change windows, maintenance schedules, and upgrades with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Monitor and escalate risks, issues, and blockers with clear context and recommended actions.
* Maintain accurate documentation, dashboards, and status reports for leadership and technical teams.
* Support vendor coordination for hardware logistics, remote hands, and service delivery.
* Ensure adherence to change management and security protocols.
* Organize and lead team meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder updates.
