About Our Agile Project Manager Role
As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring business and technical requirements are accurately captured, dependencies are met, and solutions are efficiently and effectively delivered and adopted across the enterprise.
This role involves guiding teams in mastering Agile practices for effective execution. You will lead Agile events, enhancing collaboration and transparency.
Collaboration with Product Owners is key to refining backlog priorities. Removing obstacles is also crucial to boost quality deliverables. Cultivating continuous improvement and best practices is vital to our success.
You will foster self-organization and positive teamwork. Ensuring adherence to values and sustainable pace is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional teams in delivering projects.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and expectations.
* Analyze project scope and identify areas for improvement.
* Maintain open communication with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* More than three years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
* More than four years of experience in the IT industry.
* Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent English level.
