We are seeking a talented Document Controller to join our team.
Job Description
* This is a client-facing role in a high-profile and dynamic project environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical documentation for large-scale subsea projects, including storage, review, approval, and distribution. They will also act as the single point of contact for the client for DC, supervising global DC teams for selected projects, and identifying client contractual DC requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Management of technical documentation for large-scale subsea projects.
* Acting as the single point of contact for the client for DC.
* Supervising global DC team for selected projects.
* Identifying client contractual DC requirements and implementing a compliant project-specific Document Management Plan (DMP).
* Managing the Master Document Register (MDR) in an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) throughout the project.
* Distributing DC reports and metrics internally and externally.
* Leading on time delivery of technical documentation throughout the project.
* Ensuring adherence to global SP&S standards for DC for selected projects.
* Identifying improvement opportunities and escalating concerns to the DC leadership and project teams and supporting implementation of improvements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (or Global degree equivalent) or experience in a DC role.
* Fluent Portuguese speaking.
* Excellent English speaking.
* Experience of using an EDMS.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in a Senior DC or similar role.
* Experience of coordinating document management.
* Experience of DC on major engineering projects.
* Experience in Oil and Gas or similar engineering environment.
* Experience of using multiple document management systems.

* Strong written and oral communications including presentation to clients.
* High energy level, self-starter.
* Excellent collaboration skills with a focus on project delivery in a multi-disciplinary team.

Work Arrangements:
* Working regular hours from a Macaé-RJ based office.
