Job Title: Learning Experience Designer
We're seeking a skilled professional to design engaging educational experiences that captivate learners. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional groups to create interactive and fun courses that meet the needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and develop course content at all stages of production to ensure accuracy, clarity, and engagement.
* Collaborate with editors, animators, designers, and the Creative Director to enhance pacing, flow, and visual storytelling in ways that support learning outcomes.
* Identify and address content gaps, redundancies, or inconsistencies, considering how pedagogical connections can be strengthened for students.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong background in education, instructional design, or curriculum development.
* Experience creating or reviewing digital learning content (video-based or e-learning).
* Excellent eye for detail, pacing, and visual storytelling.
* Ability to give clear, positive, and constructive creative feedback.
