We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong business relationships with clients, optimizing inventory and rates, negotiating contracts, analyzing data, and advising on marketing and sales strategies.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in your portfolio.
* Optimize inventory, availability, and competitiveness of rates offered through the Reservations Center.
* Negotiate contracts to maximize conversion and ensure high competitiveness index for assigned hotels.
* Analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools to align contracted products with agency network demand.
* Advise on online marketing and direct sales strategies.
* Identify business opportunities for new products, offers, or services in coordination with department head and Business Acceleration area.
You Will Thrive in This Role If You Have:
* A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a related field.
* Education in tourism or a related field.
* Customer orientation and negotiation skills.
* Advanced level of English.
