Business Developer
We are seeking a seasoned Business Developer to join our team, responsible for identifying and developing strategic opportunities across major social media platforms.
This role sits at the intersection of business development, content partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions within the creator economy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential content channels, engaging with creators and channel owners, evaluating monetization opportunities, and structuring commercial partnerships that support our company's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Channel Identification: Identify high-revenue potential YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat channels aligned with our business goals.
* Creator Engagement: Engage with content creators and/or channel owners to assess the value and potential of their channels.
* Commercial Proposal Development: Develop and present commercial proposals to creators and channel owners.
* Partner Onboarding: Onboard new partners (creators or channel owners) into our operational processes.
* Opportunity Analysis: Explore and analyze new opportunities across social platforms to accelerate our company growth.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with platform managers, the data/strategy team, and senior executives to align business opportunities with strategic priorities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
* Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the creator economy and social media content monetization.
* Interests and Skills: Genuine interest in digital content and the evolution of social platforms.
* Negotiation and Deal-Making: Proven negotiation and deal-making abilities.
* Proposal Development: Ability to craft compelling commercial offers and proposals.
* Autonomy and Organization: Strong autonomy, organization, and project management skills.
* Relevant Experience: Experience in business development, partnerships, or M&A related to digital media or entertainment.
