About the Role
We are seeking a skilled PS Systems Engineer to join our team. As a proactive, self-driven Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT systems for enterprise clients.
You will work hands-on with modern infrastructure technologies, collaborate with internal engineering teams, and provide expert guidance to help organizations optimize their IT environments.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Design, install, configure, and support systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory.
* Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
* Manage and resolve client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation.
* Track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability.
* Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in Intune and mobile device management.
* Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.
* A solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
* A proven ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation.
* Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices.
