Account Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our Sales organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and relationship-building.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, sales, or a related customer-facing position within a rapidly growing startup. They will possess a genuine commitment to understanding and exceeding customer needs, consistently prioritizing their satisfaction and success.

About the Role:

* Owning overall relationships with customers, including identifying key stakeholders and building relationships.
* Enabling successful and consistent communication to maintain existing revenue and identify new growth opportunities with customers.
* Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
* Acting as a champion for our customers and working with internal teams to translate customer feedback into product insights.
* Monitoring client engagement and utilization of our services, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Developing trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to onboarding.

About You:

* 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related customer-facing position within a rapidly growing startup.
* A genuine commitment to understanding and exceeding customer needs, consistently prioritizing their satisfaction and success.
* Demonstrable track record of high performance and success.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and effectively prioritize work and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding goals and a willingness to go the extra mile.
