The Clinical Trainer will play a key role in delivering clinical training to customers, distributors, and field employees across the LATAM region. This involves developing and deploying high-quality training programs, ensuring smooth and successful training sessions.
* Collaborate closely with the Clinical Training Director to uphold rigorous standards in training.
* Provide expert training on Lumenis products to existing and potential customers.
* Coordinate local clinical events, demonstrating product use and benefits.
* Proactively engage with digital platforms and ensure all training meets required regulations and standards.
Requirements
* Medical device industry experience, preferably in aesthetics.
* Excellent presentation skills and ability to adapt training content.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team, traveling extensively throughout LATAM (70%).
* Results-driven and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills in English.
