Mission and Objectives
A strong team player is required to join our institution, working as a skilled Auxiliary Nurse. The main objective of this role is to provide top-notch care and attention to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being according to established rules, procedures, and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
* Upon patient arrival, the auxiliary nurse will be responsible for reception and admission, guiding families on hospital norms and routines.
* Medication preparation and administration in accordance with established protocols.
* Implementation of treatments as prescribed or routine, including tasks such as administering medication, controlling hydration levels, dressing wounds, bathing patients, providing oxygen therapy, nebulization, enteroclisma, etc.
* Enforce nursing care following prescriptions (SAE) and post-treatment, perform prescription checks.
* Assist doctors or nurses in performing exams and procedures.
* Other tasks may include: applying vaccines, assisting in the operating room, instrumenting surgical equipment, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing Assistance
2. A minimum of 1 year of experience as an assistant or nursing technician
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge in pediatric patient care
