About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator position plays a vital role in supporting the smooth execution of client work by managing internal communication and task coordination.
This involves working closely with creative teams to create briefs, set up tasks, track timelines, and ensure deliverables move efficiently through each stage.
The primary objective of this role is to keep the creative and production teams aligned, helping to translate client goals into actionable internal work.
Main Objectives:
This position has several key objectives:
* Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with established turnaround standards.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
* Teamwork Boards Are Neat and Tidy: Task trackers and/or teamwork spaces are accurate and updated daily.
* Projects Following Naming Conventions: Provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and quality control on ongoing projects to ensure they meet or exceed internal and client expectations.

* Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp) and shared docs to track and communicate work.
Reporting Relationship:
This role reports to the Senior Account Manager.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The success of this role will be measured by the following KPIs:
* On-time Task Completion Rate: 95%+ of assigned tasks are completed on or before the deadline.
* Internal Team Satisfaction Score: 8/10 or higher average rating from creatives and other collaborators in quarterly feedback.
* Error-Free Deliverables: 95%+ of deliverables require no major revisions due to missed details or incorrect implementation.
Our standard working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm MST, Monday to Friday.
