OverviewAs a Lead Generation Specialist at EK Health under the supervision of the Director of Business Development, you will be the first spark in our sales engine, identifying and qualifying prospective clients, initiating outreach, and creating opportunities that fuel business growth. Through phone calls, emails, campaigns, and event follow-up, you'll generate quality leads that set our Sales Team up for success. Your efforts will directly contribute to helping injured workers recover faster and to strengthening EK Health's relationships with clients.Work SpecificsNon-Exempt, eight (8) hour workday, Monday-Friday. Remote or in-office position, business hoursNOTE: This role will require minimal travel to trade shows/events (3-4 per year).Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesIdentify, research, and qualify prospective clients in EK Health's target markets.Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and campaigns to uncover needs and introduce our solutions.Schedule sales appointments, demos, and meetings for the Sales Team.Track and manage lead activity in CRM to ensure high conversion visibility and accurate reporting.Support marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and event follow-ups to maximize lead generation ROI.Gather and share market and competitor insights to enhance business development strategies.Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to meet and exceed lead generation goals.Other ResponsibilitiesRepresent EK Health professionally in all communications and interactions.Work independently and as part of a team to achieve productivity and performance targets.Perform other duties as assigned.Pay & PerksPay ~ $55K AnnuallyMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance401KPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysMonthly internet stipendCore CompetenciesIntegrity & Trust - Acts with honesty and professionalism, building confidence with colleagues and prospectsCustomer Focus - Listens first, understands client needs, and creates a positive first impression that opens doorsAction Oriented - Energetic, proactive, and persistent in pursuing opportunities and driving resultsTime & Priority Management - Skilled at organizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and staying focused on what moves the needleResilience & Composure - Handles challenges with a steady, solutions-focused mindsetCollaborative Communicator - Connects easily with others, shares information openly, and works seamlessly with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve shared goals.RequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration or related field (or equivalent experience).3-5 years of lead generation, inside sales, or telemarketing experience; Workers' Compensation or healthcare preferred.Proven success meeting lead generation and appointment-setting goals.Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident in "selling by phone."Experience with CRM and marketing automation software; HubSpot proficiency preferred.Highly organized, self-motivated, and skilled at managing multiple priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Ability to work remotely with a HIPAA-compliant home office and reliable high-speed internet.Occasional travel may be required for trade shows or events.Must be able to lift to 25lbs.Physical RequirementsThe candidate must be able to sit for most of an 8-hour day, except for lunch and break times. The candidate must be able to type for most of an 8-hour day, except for lunch and break times. The candidate must have manual dexterity. The candidate must be able to speak on the telephone intermittently throughout the day. The candidate must be able to read and write English fluently. The candidate must be able to provide and confirm a safe home office environment.
