We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack or Frontend-focused developer with strong .NET and C# expertise to join a globally distributed team. The ideal candidate bridges legacy system maintenance with modern platform evolution, delivering robust, secure, and scalable solutions in an international insurance environment.
Mandatory Requirements
* 5+ years of professional software development experience (full stack or frontend-focused);
* Strong command of .NET / C# development;
* Proven experience maintaining legacy .NET Framework applications alongside modernization work in .NET Core / .NET;
* Proficiency with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3;
* Experience designing, building, and maintaining REST APIs, including API integrations;
* Hands-on experience with Kendo UI for component-rich frontend development;
* Experience building cross-platform applications with .NET MAUI;
* Working knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server preferred).
* Security & Identity: OAuth 2.0, JWT, and other identity/authentication frameworks;
* Architecture & Patterns: MVC, MVVM, layered architecture, microservices.
Language Requirements
* Fluent in English — written and verbal
* Fluent in Spanish — written and verbal
Nice to Have
* Microsoft Power Platform : hands-on familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI;
* Azure & DevOps: Azure services — web apps, API hosting, and DevOps pipelines and Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks experience;
* Security & Compliance: Secure coding practices, identity management, and data protection (critical for the international insurance context);
* Industry Experience: Background in healthcare or insurance industries is a strong plus.
