Job Description
This role focuses on sourcing and placing top technical professionals in LATAM for U.S.-based companies, while supporting U.S.-based recruiting efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end recruitment process management, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
* Building strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
* Evaluating applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
* Posting job advertisements across relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites.
* Partnering closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
* Maintaining data accuracy in the ATS and tracking recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
