The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding of AI and Modern Workplace solutions with solid marketing acumen, program leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and scale alliance programs with key technology partners focused on AI, Modern Workplace, Cloud, and IT modernization.Drive joint business plans, partner enablement, and co-marketing initiatives to accelerate revenue growth.Align technical, sales, engineering, and marketing teams to support integrated solution launches and partner-driven campaigns.Manage alliance portals including but not limited to access controls, opportunity tracking, customer engagements, certifications, and content updates.Coordinate enablement and ongoing training programs for alliances and partners.Maintain deep understanding of Black Box's portfolio and partner capabilities to identify new opportunities for innovation, integration, and competitive differentiation.Manage partner metrics, reporting, and governance to ensure strategic alignment and delivery of expected outcomes.Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, marketing, sales, and delivery teams to strengthen partner engagement and customer adoption.Support events, workshops, and technical sessions to promote AI and Modern Workplace solutions in the partner ecosystem.Stay informed about industry trends, partner capabilities, and competitive positioning to influence internal strategy.RequirementsFluent English is mandatory.3–5 years of experience in alliance management, partner programs, channel management, or ecosystem development. A plus to have direct experience with Microsoft, AWS and/or Zoom.Strong understanding of AI, Modern Workplace, Cloud, and IT modernization solutions (technical + business).Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, engineering, product, delivery).Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate in a highly dynamic environment.Marketing experience or familiarity with GTM strategies for technology solutions.Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proactive and strategic mindset.Remote position (Brazil).
