Key Responsibilities:
* Owning the client relationship and leading the account within the client organization team.
* Understanding the client's business model, revenue streams, market dynamics, challenges, and key competitors.
* Becoming an expert in our platform and products to provide training, guidance, and advice, helping clients translate their objectives into usage and implementation.
* Establishing trusted relationships with each client.
* Serving as a strategic connector across internal teams, ensuring the right resources engage with key stakeholders at clients.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
* Preferably with Marketing Technology experience.
* English & Portuguese language proficiency required.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Experience working with Enterprise Clients (annual revenue exceeding $100m) preferred.
