Job Description
As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our service delivery. This includes designing and maintaining on-call and coverage plans, managing incident processes, creating and maintaining SOPs, runbooks, and triage guides.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing efficient on-call rotations to ensure adequate skills coverage at all times.
* Managing incident processes from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
* Creating and maintaining comprehensive SOPs, runbooks, and triage guides to support SRE engineers in their day-to-day tasks.
Additionally, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and expectations, providing regular service reviews and status calls to ensure transparency and accountability.
