Job Title
We are seeking a talented Sales Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving sales growth in Brazil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting sell-out activities, working closely with clients to implement market promotion and sales initiatives, and gathering and analyzing market intelligence.
* The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or related fields), and 1–3 years of work experience in sales, business development, or a related function.
* A strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills with a proactive mindset is essential for this role.
* The ability and willingness to travel more than 50% of the time is also required.
Responsibilities
* Support sell-out activities in Brazil.
* Work closely with clients to implement market promotion and sales initiatives.
* Gather and analyze market intelligence and competitor activities.
* Build strong client relationships and provide responsive support.
* Complete assigned sales targets and related tasks.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or related fields).
* 1–3 years of work experience in sales, business development, or a related function.
* Portuguese speaker; proficiency in English is preferred.
* Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills with a proactive mindset.
* Ability and willingness to travel more than 50% of the time.
