OverviewThe Implementation Manager is a leader who motivates and manages the team that installs Premier products for new and existing customers, and consistently delivers high quality results aligned with the organization and clients’ strategic projects and plans. This role coordinates internal services dependencies and customer dependencies to ensure a successful implementation delivered on schedule. It involves facilitating communication between the client and internal team, managing issues, and making final decisions related to project success.ResponsibilitiesDetermine resource allocation; define project plans; provide member support by answering questions and troubleshooting data accuracy issues.Problem solve and make member-focused decisions; plan and track each assigned project; identify and resolve problems; manage changes throughout projects.Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings and training sessions; escalate and prioritize important technological issues on behalf of the client to facilitate resolution.Collaborate with customers; other business units, technical staff, and product management to resolve application issues; work with Premier stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved and deliverables are met.Required QualificationsWork Experience: 5 or more years of applicable experienceEducation: High School Diploma or GED (Required)Preferred QualificationsSkills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and own resolutions; ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously; strong customer support ethic; ability to communicate complex problems internally and externally; proven success in information systems implementation and supportExperience: 5+ years in healthcare; prior experience implementing or supporting Epic or Cerner software systems; experience implementing products with AI-driven models; experience in Hospital and/or Professional Billing, Claims, or Revenue Cycle; clinical experience (RN, MA, etc.) is a plusEducation: Bachelor’s DegreeAdditional Job RequirementsRemain in a stationary position for prolonged periodsBe adaptive and change priorities quickly; meet deadlinesAttention to detail; operate computer programs and softwareAbility to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formatsDay-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or the public)Making independent decisionsAbility to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptionsWorking ConditionsRemote; Travel 1-20% within the US. Requires sitting for most of the workday.CompensationPremier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive. The internal salary range for this role is $90,000 - $150,000, final salary determined by market factors including budgets, education, skills, and location.
