* Provide L3 production support for Java applications.
* Investigate, analyze, and resolve critical production incidents.
* Perform code fixes and execute thorough testing.
* Analyze logs and troubleshoot issues using Splunk.
* Execute database queries and perform data analysis using SQL.
* Develop automation solutions for provisioning, access management, and operational processes.
* Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Collaborate with global development, operations, and support teams.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and application performance optimization.
* Support production environments, servers, and client platforms.
* Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation alongside stakeholders.
