The Insider Risk and Compliance associate performs Global Security Assessments (GSAs), which include a holistic evaluation of risks across technology, HR, operations, and finance, as well as leading No Notice Inspections (NNIs). The role involves collaboration with Records Management, Legal, HR, and Privacy teams to ensure compliance with legal, privacy, and civil rights standards concerning Personally Identifiable Information, following local laws. The associate supports the implementation of enterprise-wide standards related to Insider Risk and Compliance.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Criminology or equivalent experience
* Knowledge and experience in IT Security & Cybersecurity
* Expertise in risk identification and reduction within the BPO industry (strongly preferred)
* Certified Fraud Examiner or willingness to certify within 12 months
* 3+ years in internal, fraud, or cyber investigations
* Interview and Interrogation training (e.g., Reid technique)
* Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
* People management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience in investigative triage, case management, and report writing
* Track record in handling criminal, sensitive, or confidential matters
* Ability to influence senior leadership
Responsibilities:
* Implement and monitor the Insider Risk and Compliance program
* Collaborate with stakeholders for risk assessments and investigations
* Lead GSAs and NNIs, identifying vulnerabilities
* Investigate suspicious activities and collaborate with law enforcement as needed
* Develop employee awareness and training materials
* Lead a team of investigators and compliance specialists
* Ensure activities align with global standards and legal requirements
* Manage incident response lifecycle and report findings
* Conduct education sessions and support control improvements
