UI/UX Designer
Apart from designing user-friendly interfaces, a UI/UX designer is also responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs that meet the needs of the users.
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
* Designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based SaaS products.
* Improving usability and visual consistency across the platform.
* Collaborating with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery.
* Applying UX thinking to simplify complex, data-heavy or financial interfaces.
* Maintaining and evolving design systems and UI components.
* Incorporating feedback and iterating quickly in a fast-moving environment.
The role is perfect for someone who enjoys working closely with product and engineering teams, translating complex requirements into clear, user-centered design solutions.

If you have experience working on fintech or financial SaaS platforms, that's a big plus! However, it's not a requirement.
The ideal candidate should have:
* Proven experience as a UI/UX designer working on SaaS products.
* Strong visual design skills with high attention to detail.
* Advanced proficiency in Figma.
* Ability to communicate design decisions clearly in English.
* Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a part-time setup.
Nice to haves include graphic design skills, experience working with early-stage or fast-growing startups, familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices, and experience collaborating in remote, distributed teams.
Please note that this is a part-time (20 hours per week) ongoing role. We're looking for someone who can commit to this schedule and be available to work regularly.
