* Our company is looking for a skilled SaaS Product Delivery Manager to lead our cross-functional team in the execution of our product roadmap.
This role combines elements of project management and product coordination, making it a great fit for someone with experience in customer-facing SaaS environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and experience working with development teams, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.
We're looking for someone who can translate vision into execution, ensuring alignment, structure, and progress at every stage of the product lifecycle.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the execution of our product roadmap, working closely with engineering, design, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, structured, and timely delivery.
This is a senior hybrid role that requires a unique blend of technical and business acumen.
In this role, you'll manage and coordinate the day-to-day product development process, facilitate planning meetings, daily standups, retrospectives, and delivery reviews.
You'll also translate product ideas into structured development-ready tasks, draft and refine feature briefs, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Additionally, you'll track progress across sprints, proactively identify and resolve delivery issues, maintain task boards, and ensure relevant documentation is kept current and clear.
As a key member of our remote collaborative team, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders, including medical experts and support teams, to clarify priorities and requirements.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and has a proven ability to bring clarity and structure to complex product work.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have 5+ years of experience in project management within a software team and 3+ years of experience in product management within a software team.
Preferred candidates will have worked closely with developers and understand the rhythms of SaaS product delivery, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to operate independently while keeping the broader team aligned and informed.
Candidates should also have experience in roles such as product or project management within a small or medium-sized software company, business analysis, product operations, or implementation roles in SaaS environments.
