Technical Recruiter
We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our international recruitment efforts. This role is crucial in driving the growth of our organization by attracting and retaining top technical talent.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of success in identifying, evaluating, and hiring high-caliber professionals for technical roles. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential in this position, as well as the ability to maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
* Design and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives;
* Develop and manage a global network of sources to identify top candidates;
* Lead interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and potential;
* Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics and trends;
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences;
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
Necessary Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment with international hiring exposure;
* Deep understanding of technology stacks, tools, and roles (e.g., Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, DevOps, Data, QA);
* Fluency in English; Spanish fluency is an asset but not mandatory;
* Proficiency in using ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter;
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment;
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Background in tech consulting or staffing;
* Experience hiring across LATAM, U.S., and Europe;
* Knowledge of international hiring models;
* Familiarity with Agile environments and distributed teams.
