Latin Xplore, B2B wholesale incoming agency and sister company of Go West Tours (DMC USA), which has offices in Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Argentina, Brazil and Chile is looking for its Account and Operations Executive in our Rio, Brazil office.

Its mission ranges from the establishment of itineraries, the reworking of these within the client's budgets, the hiring, invoicing and organization of groups and FITs, as well as assistance in the organization from A to Z of the different tours.


Position : Account and Operations Executive

Place: Oficina Latin Xplore en Rio, Brazil.


Job Description

- Be in contact with Tour Operators, travel agencies in Europe to respond to travel and production requests for their clients, according to their expectations and needs.

-Make quotes for trips and production development

- Negotiate with suppliers to be competitive, improve purchase rates and margins, with the help of the General Manager

-Develop the billing of the customer portfolio: maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing with new customers, building loyalty, maintaining the link with key accounts,

-Commercial work, follow-up of fairs, follow-up of files, relaunches,

-Coordination with operations. Fulfill, when necessary, operational tasks (booking hotels, guides, restaurants, transfers, excursions).

- Manage the different marketing and work tools: Travel Exchange, Toursys, Excel


Technical Competencies Required:

- Advanced Mastery of Computer Tools: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Canva would be a plus.

- Professional Experience in Tourism: Significant experience in a travel agency or an inbound agency, with an in-depth understanding of tourism operations and logistics, as well as the B2B market.


- Languages: Portuguese, English, French. Spanish and German would be a strong advantage


- Knowledge of the Brazilian Terrain: An in-depth knowledge of the main tourist destinations, local regulations and cultural particularities, which is essential for the elaboration of tailor-made travel proposals. Knowledge of other countries such as Chile, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Mexico and Ecuador can also be an advantage.

- Flexibility and adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changes and effectively manage unforeseen situations, enthusiasm and investment in a growing company that places the human being at the center of its concerns.

- Multitasking and pressure management: Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and clients while meeting tight deadlines, ensuring efficient and professional service delivery.

- Interpersonal skills and communication: Excellent ability to communicate, negotiate and establish lasting relationships with customers and suppliers.

- Customer Orientation: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service, anticipating customer needs, and proposing creative and tailored solutions.
