Responsibilities
Support recruiting processes and talent acquisition activities.
Assist with people operations and administrative tasks.
Coordinate with teams and communicate with clients when appropriate.
Maintain documentation and data in spreadsheets and related tools.
Qualifications
Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis – SC; interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills.
Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree.
Soft skills: Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.
Contract and Benefits
As a Contractor (PJ): Competitive compensation - R$2.5K, with potential to increase to R$5k after 6 months.
