Main Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 production support for Java applications.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve critical production incidents.
- Perform code fixes and execute thorough testing.
- Analyze logs and troubleshoot issues using Splunk.
- Execute database queries and perform data analysis using SQL.
- Develop automation solutions for provisioning, access management, and operational processes.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with global development, operations, and support teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and application performance optimization.
- Support production environments, servers, and client platforms.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation alongside stakeholders.
