Business Development and Sales GrowthWe are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to drive market expansion and business growth in your local region.Key Responsibilities:Analyze industry trends, competition, and customer needs through local market research;Develop regional sales strategies and identify new business opportunities;Aquire new customers, including distributors, agents, and end clients, and participate in international exhibitions and business meetings to drive brand localization.Client Relationship Management:Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and strategic partners;Conduct regular client visits to address business challenges and ensure smooth cooperation;Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure prompt customer support, including order fulfillment and complaint resolution.Liaison Role:Collaborate closely with headquarters or regional offices, providing regular market updates and sales reports.Qualifications:Local Expertise: Must reside in the target market country with strong knowledge of local language, culture, and business environment; professional English business communication required;Sales Experience: Prior sales experience in medical devices, pet healthcare, pet products, or in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) preferred; candidates with strong interpersonal and sales skills from other industries will also be considered;Industry Connections: Direct access to local pet hospitals, veterinary chains, diagnostic labs, distributors, or agents preferred; proven sales success is a plus;Self-Starter: Ability to independently develop the market, acquire clients, execute sales plans, and meet performance targets with support from headquarters.
