The ideal candidate will ensure system stability, resolve issues efficiently, support network equipment and hardware diagnostics.
* Resolve issues and provide solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams, customer teams, and remote technical specialists to identify and resolve issues.
Required Expertise:
* Fundamental knowledge of network devices and operating systems.
* Understanding of VLANs and switch port configuration.
* Diagnostics skills for Avaya VOIP phones and basic configuration knowledge.
