Provide financial insights to help deliver operational and strategic goals of the businessOversee preparation of Monthly Finance related MIS and adhoc reports ensuring achievement of financial and operating targetsPromotes Finance vision, objectives and goals in order to encourage employee engagement and performance improvement.Work closely with Controllership team to have robust financial and operational controls in placeCreate Detailed Business Reviews to understand, track and communicate financial and operational performance of the businessImprove business intelligence by generating data driven insights across functions Review business performance, key financial analysis vs plan/ target /previous yearMaintain Banking - fund management and banking relationshipsWork proactively with Taxation to support tax compliance for direct and indirect taxationOversee Risk Management and Insurance ManagementIncrease cross-functional and cross-entity training/capability by providing appropriate exposure to direct staffConduct regular team meetings to communicate business and team performance, provide action plan and feedbackProactively partner with key stakeholders to identify gaps, process improvement opportunities and provide financial expertise Provide financial planning and analysis for LATAM distributor markets, Brazil subsidiaryDevelop a consistent budgeting and forecasting approach across the Divisions. Manage planning, budgeting, expense approvals and monthly rolling forecast processes.Forecast cost movements for the large spends incurred in the cluster and help create an agenda for improving manufacturing & sourcing productivity across functions, business segments and various sitesSupport subsidiary related activities - Licensing work and SAP set up as per Project plan Support business on timely PR approvals, due diligence process, pricing approval decisions, timely payment, MIS reporting, billing mattersDrive profitability and SBP/ Forecast adherenceEvaluate Price walks for key markets, Dealer profitability and activity-based cost validations.Ensure completion of all financial transactions/ audits on time Maintain Regulatory compliance with respective all applicable regions especially Brazil regulationsEnsure adherence to all statutory and internal management reporting requirements.Ensure compliance with all major / critical regulatory issues and escalate issues requiring attention which comprises VAT return, Transfer pricing, Tax return filing, other compliancesProvide recommendations on product/ process costs - to the commercial & operations team to improve cost efficiencies.Qualifications required:
