We are looking for a Product Manager – Transportation Voucher to lead the national strategy for the transportation benefit offering. This is an individual contributor role with the exciting opportunity to grow into a more strategic leadership position over the next few years .
In this position, you will master the market landscape, regulatory environment, customer journey, competitive positioning, and product viability. You’ll serve as the key focal point for product development and ongoing management, helping define features, pricing, and the product roadmap.
This role requires strong internal (sales, finance, technology, operations, marketing) and external stakeholder coordination, with a critical mindset and results orientation. We’re seeking someone with high autonomy, energy, and a deep understanding of the employee benefits sector, particularly transportation vouchers.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Management :
Lead the definition and continuous evolution of the transportation voucher offering, ensuring market fit and competitive edge.
2. Market Analysis :
Monitor trends, benchmarks, and regulatory changes to anticipate risks and spot opportunities.
3. Product Roadmap :
Define, propose, prioritize, and track product deliverables alongside technology, operations, and business teams.
4. P&L Ownership :
Manage product revenues, costs, and profitability, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Customer Journey & Experience :
Map and enhance workflows and features from both the HR and end-user (employee) perspectives.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Act as the central integration hub across commercial, operational, tech, legal, and marketing teams.
7. Product Maintenance :
In collaboration with operations, ensure the transportation voucher’s ongoing performance and quality.
8. Pricing & Positioning :
Develop pricing models and support commercial and communication strategies.
9. Growth Driver :
Work closely with sales teams to understand client and prospect needs, co-creating innovative solutions.
10. Key Challenges :
Deeply understand the company’s current transportation voucher solutions and align them with market trends to secure growth and quick wins. Define and deliver the product’s strategic roadmap, including pricing.
Profile:
* Experience as a Product Manager in the transportation voucher industry, at least 2-3 years.
* Relevant experience in B2B product management across the full lifecycle (from discovery to sustainment).
* Familiarity with pricing methods, P&L, customer journey design, go-to-market strategies, and portfolio management.
* Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
* Fluency in Portuguese and English is a must
* Knowledge of Power BI, Google Analytics, and Salesforce/Monday is nice to have
* Soft Skills:
You’re a self-starter, highly autonomous, have a sharp customer experience vision, and demonstrate excellent strategic thinking skills.
* Availability to work in Sao Paulo, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
