 
        
        Job Description:
 * Handle complaints / malfunction claims from customers (mainly distributors, sometimes end users such as hospitals and clinics etc.)
 * Provide efficient technical support to customers, sales & marketing colleagues
 * On-site support to distributors for important project / case (including installation, complex system / equipment failure diagnosis and repairing)
 * On-site visit to end users to collect customer feedback and market information
 * Repair and maintain main units returned from customers
 * Service training to customers (mainly distributors, sometimes end users)
 * Negotiate with customer for warranty logistics, service contract, ordering parts & admin task
 * Routine report & business trip report to supervisor and attend products technical update meeting
 * Assist stock management admin for parts stock & equipment managements
Investigation on the local authority & regulation regarding service including register, reporting etc.
Experience:
 * At least more than three years work experience in the field of medical services industry;
 * Familiar with the procurement process of local medical organizations.
 * On-line maintenance and repair processes;
 * Understand the industry related charging standards;
 * Technical support work experience will be a plus.
 * Good command of both written and spoken English, non-obvious local accent
 * skilled use of computers and office software capabilities
 * Familiar with medical electronics product and clinical application, experienced in the maintenance of medical electronic products.
