Job Title: User Experience Designer
We are seeking a skilled User Experience designer to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences.
About the Role:
This is a part-time position that requires 20 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing web-based SaaS products and will be able to collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based SaaS products
* Improve usability and visual consistency across the platform
* Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery
* Apply UX thinking to simplify complex, data-heavy or financial interfaces
* Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components
* Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment
* Support marketing initiatives when needed, including visual assets and design for marketing content
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a UI/UX designer working on SaaS products
* Strong preference for experience in fintech, finance, or data-heavy platforms
* Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
* Strong visual design skills with high attention to detail
* Advanced proficiency in Figma (required)
* Ability to communicate design decisions clearly in English
* Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a part-time setup
Bonus Skills:
* Graphic design skills, especially to support marketing content and visual assets
* Experience working with early-stage or fast-growing startups
* Familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices
* Experience collaborating in remote, distributed teams
