We work with companies that need real protection against digital counterfeiting, and our sales team plays a critical role in helping organizations understand the scale of the problem and the value of solving it.

The Role
We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive who is obsessed with closing deals.
At Company, this role is not about managing accounts. This role is about turning qualified pipeline into revenue.

What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle from Discovery to Close
Lead discovery calls and qualify opportunities
Identify and map the full buying committee within target organizations
Deliver tailored product demos to stakeholders
Build business cases around brand protection, legal risk, and revenue protection
Negotiate commercial terms and contracts
Manage pipeline inside the CRM and maintain deal momentum
Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful deal execution
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets

Requirements (Non-negotiable)
Fluent spoken and written Spanish & English
3–6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
Proven experience closing $20K+ contracts
Strong discovery and qualification skills
Experience managing multi-stakeholder buying processes
Comfortable presenting and negotiating with senior decision-makers
Highly organized pipeline management
Strong ownership of revenue outcomes

Strong Pluses
Experience selling LegalTech, Compliance, Risk, or Brand Protection solutions
Experience selling to legal teams, brand protection teams, or compliance departments
Experience selling to U.S. companies
Previous experience in early-stage startups
Experience managing enterprise sales cycles
