Amazon Logistics – Shift Manager
Amazon Logistics’ team is seeking a Shift Manager to join our Delivery Station in Brazil. This role involves leading operations, managing teams, and ensuring efficient delivery services in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations at the delivery station, including managing Team Leads, Operators, and external agencies.
2. Support team management through labor allocation, meetings, and communication with suppliers.
3. Monitor KPIs such as On Time Dispatch and First Day Delivery Success to improve customer service.
4. Analyze project data, influence stakeholders, and implement practical solutions to operational challenges.
5. Assist in system and process rollouts, gather feedback, and optimize workflows.
6. Ensure proper tools and hardware are available for associates and coordinate repairs when necessary.
7. Report daily metrics and exceptions to relevant departments.
8. Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree.
* Experience in employee and performance management.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Basic English and fluent Portuguese language skills.
* Experience with performance metrics, process improvements, or lean techniques.
