Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride.Your role at BaxterThe Sr. Construction Project Specialist is responsible for the site planning and implementation of Baxter's sophisticated product line at medical and healthcare facilities throughout a dedicated region. Baxter\'s surgical portfolio for this role includes surgical and examination lights, equipment management systems (booms), video integration, and overhead patient lifts.Remote role that requires travel throughout the Northeast (75%).What you will be doingDeliver construction projects on time and on budget with high customer satisfactionAttend coordination meetings to ensure site readiness progresses appropriatelyDefine site-specific installation requirementsCollaborate with internal resources to determine production lead timesSchedule and outline installation implementation planCoordinate in-house and third-party equipment integration (e.g., video cables, custom monitor mounts)Perform post-install quality review to ensure customer satisfactionSupport outside sales with product specifications and technical supportMaintain pre-installation and rough-in information for 3rd party contractorsDemonstrate strong leadership in overseeing product implementation projectsProvide excellent communication to build consensus across multiple internal and customer organizationsProactively identify, communicate, and resolve customer issues that threaten project success; provide customer-focused solutionsRegularly report project status to customer project teams, Baxter senior management, and internal stakeholdersApply effective change management practices in leading product implementation projectsIdentify out-of-scope opportunities during implementation and pursue them with the appropriate teamsAssist in measuring customer satisfaction during and after installationsFocus on meeting or exceeding project metrics, including planning, risk management, delivery, and closeoutWhat you will bringBachelor’s degree requiredUnderstanding of construction; experience with medical equipment is a plusExperience managing capital equipment projects is a plus5+ years of relevant experienceAbility to proactively anticipate challenges and develop mitigation strategiesWe understand compensation is important as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay and transparent practices. This position has a base salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 plus an annual incentive bonus.
