Project Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our software development projects from initiation to delivery. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of aligning project goals with business objectives and ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to define project requirements, coordinate efforts, and facilitate effective communication.
* Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and quality delivery.
* Technical Documentation: Prepare clear and concise technical documentation to support project stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
* Experience: 2 to 5+ years of experience in project management and product management roles, preferably in technology or software development.
* Agile Methodologies: Proven knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
* Technical Skills: Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex product requirements.
* Communication: Excellent English communication skills, ranging from intermediate to fluent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Certification: Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, or similar).
* Remote Team Experience: Experience working in fully remote teams and across multiple time zones.
