* Designing, installing, configuring, and supporting systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory.
* Consulting with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
* Managing and resolving client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation.
* Tracking time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability.
* Reporting on project progress and participating in ongoing technical training and development.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* 3–4 years of Systems Engineering experience in enterprise or managed service environments.
* 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
* A strong background in Intune and mobile device management.
* Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.
* A solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
* The ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation.
* Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices.
