Working at the intersection of business leadership and execution, you'll turn business problems into structured roadmaps and solutions, while driving change management to ensure lasting user adoption.ResponsibilitiesDefine and evolve the digital roadmap for assigned business domain(s), translating business ambitions into prioritized, executable initiatives with quantified business casesDrive end-to-end ownership from pain point identification and problem framing to solution design, handoff to execution teams, and delivery oversightMonitor progress across initiatives, proactively resolve blockers, escalate critical risks, and make decisive go/no-go calls for production rolloutsHold execution teams accountable for quality, timelines, and business value realizationBuild trust-based relationships with business stakeholders to maintain alignment and remove roadblocksPartner with change management owners to embed digital solutions into business-as-usual operations and close feedback loops with stakeholdersTrack and report value delivery through KPIs and ROI, driving continuous improvement across the portfolioAct as a change agent within assigned domain(s), shifting mindsets toward digital-first, data-driven ways of working and building momentum through visible early winsRequirementsMaster's degree in Business (MBA), Engineering, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience; Agile/Product Management certifications (CSPO, SAFe) or Digital Transformation credentials are a plus5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in management consulting or digital product management, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environmentsProven track record of delivering digital initiatives with measurable business impact — revenue growth, cost reduction, or operational efficiencyStructured problem-solver with the range to own a strategic roadmap and the hands‑on agility to troubleshoot deliveryFamiliarity with manufacturing, supply chain, or commercial processes is a plusOur OfferThe opportunity to make a significant impact through data‑driven transformationA collaborative working environment with cross‑functional teamsProfessional development opportunities in a global specialty chemicals companyCompetitive compensation and benefits packageClariant is a Swiss-based global specialty chemicals company, which is concentrated and developed in three business units: Care Chemicals, Catalysts and Adsorbents & Additives.
