About the role We are seeking a proactive and motivated Marketing Executive to support the delivery of global marketing initiatives to advance the business’ strategic objectives, drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and business growth. This is a hands-on role focused on executing communication campaigns, developing high-quality multimedia content, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Working within a globally distributed team, you will take ownership of your projects while collaborating closely with colleagues across different offices and departments. The role requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail, sound judgement, and the confidence to operate independently while building effective working relationships across the business. Who you’ll be working with You will be part of the Marketing & Communications team, with colleagues around the globe. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders and teams across the business including Business Development, HR, senior leadership, and more. The Marketing Executive will report to the regional Marketing Manager. What you’ll be doing: Digital Marketing • Support delivery of global digital campaigns across web, email, paid and social media channels. • Manage email marketing campaigns including template updates, stakeholder guidance, and distribution. • Maintain website content within CMS platforms such as HubSpot. • Support paid media initiatives in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager • Maintain marketing databases and mailing lists. Branding & Communications • Draft and edit marketing communications including articles, invitations, press releases and campaign materials. • Work with subject matter experts to shape clear, client-focused content. • Support development of multimedia assets including video and podcast materials. • Ensure consistency with brand, style and communications guidelines across all marketing outputs. • Maintain awareness of sector developments and competitor activity. Marketing Operations • Track campaign budgets and process marketing-related invoices. • Liaise with vendors regarding branded materials and promotional items. • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities. Qualifications and experience • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or a related field • A minimum of two (2) years’ marketing & communications experience • Must be fluent in English with excellent writing and editing skills • Background in financial services, professional services, fund management or fiduciary services preferred • Experience with SaaS products such as email mailing platforms, Canva, and CMS platforms such as HubSpot • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Sharepoint Person Specification • Comfortable working independently within a global team • Organised and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities under pressure and with time constraints • A quick learner who can simplify complex information • Demonstrates initiative to solve problems and overcome challenges • Collaborative and adaptable in a professional services environment • Communicates effectively, openly seeking assistance and clarifying when needed • Curiosity with all things AI
