About This Role:
We are seeking a skilled Project Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration and coordination of various IT projects within the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
* Technical Leadership: As a technical lead, you will ensure that project implementations align with architectural design, guiding cross-functional teams and fostering communication among stakeholders.
* Integration Planning: Develop comprehensive integration plans for IT projects, assessing compatibility and interoperability of different systems and technologies through thorough testing and evaluation.
* Project Management: Plan and manage timelines and deliverables of integration projects, allocating resources effectively, including budgeting and staffing, while monitoring progress and performance.
* Technology Selection: Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for new integration projects, determining the best approach and resources needed, staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends.
* Risk Management: Identify and resolve integration issues and technical challenges through troubleshooting and collaboration with technical teams, conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
* Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the integration process.
* Documentation and Continuous Improvement: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including integration plans, status reports, and risk assessments, driving continuous improvement in integration processes and methodologies.
