About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in implementing Scrum methodologies and will be able to drive process improvements within our organization.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile teams, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.
* They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements that align with business objectives.
* Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Trello is essential, as well as experience with cloud infrastructure concepts and applications hosted in cloud environments.
* Advanced proficiency in English is required, and certification as a Certified Scrum Master is a must.
Responsibilities
1. Implement SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies to drive process improvements and increase efficiency.
2. Facilitate Agile teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
3. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps.
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and drive business outcomes.
5. Develop and maintain documentation of Agile processes and procedures.
Requirements
* Certification as a Certified Scrum Master.
* 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Trello.
* Experience with cloud infrastructure concepts and applications hosted in cloud environments.
