Your tasks:
Technical Product Ownership & Feature Leadership: Take full ownership of major technical features within the Digital Emergency System, from concept to delivery. Define and refine feature scope, ensuring alignment between business requirements, technical feasibility, and safety standards. Act as the single point of accountability for your work stream's success.
Feature Planning & Decomposition: Translate high-level product vision into detailed work packages, user stories, and technical deliverables. Break down complex, multi-layered features spanning embedded systems, cloud services, and front-end applications into manageable, executable tasks. Identify dependencies, risks, and integration points across distributed teams and technology stacks.
Cross-Functional Development Coordination: Serve as the central coordination point for development activities, working closely with embedded systems engineers, cloud architects, front-end developers, QA teams, and external suppliers (including partners in China and other regions). Facilitate alignment, remove blockers, and drive progress across all stakeholders.
End-to-End Testing & Quality Assurance: Coordinate and actively participate in comprehensive testing activities spanning embedded hardware, cloud services, and user interfaces. Ensure features meet functional requirements, design specifications, performance expectations, and safety standards before release.
Technical Problem-Solving & Support: Support development teams by proactively identifying potential issues, providing constructive feedback, and helping resolve technical challenges. Bridge communication between field business experts, DevOps teams, component owners, developers, and testers.
Agile Development Leadership: Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate development activities using Azure DevOps. Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and emerging technical constraints.
Supplier & Partner Management: Collaborate effectively with external suppliers and technology partners, particularly in managing embedded system components and coordinating development activities across different time zones and cultural contexts.
