Job Description:
Easy Payroll Global Limited and their local affiliate ITOS Brasil LTDA are seeking a Corporate Development Manager to provide services to companies within the Perseus Group.
Perseus is an Operating Group of Constellation Software Inc., a Canadian-based publicly held company with over 6,000 employees, across 70+ software business units, operating in 12+ software industry verticals, and located in over 40 offices.
The Role involves building strong strategic business relationships that lead to sourcing current and future Mergers & Acquisitions opportunities for Perseus.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Establishing and maintaining relationships with software company decision makers, M&A advisors, and private equity/venture capital professionals.
* Developing and managing a Merger & Acquisition pipeline using Salesforce CRM and creating market maps to build strong relationships in assigned software industry verticals.
Results are measured by meeting and exceeding monthly M&A targets, such as meaningful contacts and measurable M&A sourcing KPIs.
Qualifications:
* At least 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales position at a software company or client-facing M&A/finance role.
* A clear interest in developing a long-term pipeline of meaningful relationships with prospects.
