We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary contact for our clients, managing their needs and ensuring seamless communication between them and our design/development team.
The Account Manager will be responsible for driving projects forward, maintaining timelines, and keeping all stakeholders informed. You will work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth workflow and task prioritization.
 * Main Responsibilities:
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
 * Communicate client needs and expectations clearly to the design and development teams.
 * Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of tasks and updates.
 * Proactively resolve issues, anticipate client needs, and address concerns promptly.
 * Regularly update clients on the status of their projects, keeping them informed and confident.
 * Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth workflow and task prioritization.
Required Skills & Experience:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
 * Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, client-facing roles, or project coordination.
 * Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Slack, and Clickup.
 * Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional tone.
 * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
 * High attention to detail and ability to ensure project deadlines are consistently met.
