The role of a Business Technical Services Analyst is to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, objectives, and expectations.
This position assists in evaluating client requirements, estimating effort, and guiding clients to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
The successful candidate will participate in converting client requirements into detailed technical specifications, presenting them internally and externally, and securing requirement sign-off.
They will gain knowledge of identifying critical business impact issues from the Service Desk and assist in maintaining records of client functionality, environment, and client-specific documentation.
This individual will also participate in release management between the Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams, as well as client activities such as Payment Card Industry audits and internal projects.
Minimum qualifications for this role include relevant experience or a degree in Information Technology or a related field, solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development, and previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
Additional requirements include experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation, as well as an advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
