HubSpot Optimization Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with HubSpot CRM, with a strong understanding of cross-object relationships and association labels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing our HubSpot instance, ensuring clean, accurate, and well-structured data as we migrate to a new instance. This will involve setting up, customizing, and managing workflows, pipelines, and dashboards, as well as performing data entry, CRM data migration, or data cleansing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support a data cleanup project for 6,000+ records, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Deploy and manage a new HubSpot architecture to optimize data structure and workflow efficiency.
* Analyze performance data and develop reports to support strategic decisions.
* Create and refine automated workflows, sales processes, and customer journeys within HubSpot.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align HubSpot strategies with business objectives.
* Provide training and support to team members on best practices for HubSpot use.
* Diagnose and resolve HubSpot-related issues, working with HubSpot support as needed.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience working with HubSpot CRM.
* Strong understanding of cross-object relationships and association labels in HubSpot.
* Expertise in setting up, customizing, and managing HubSpot workflows, pipelines, and dashboards.
* Experience in data entry, CRM data migration, or data cleansing projects.
* Proven ability to optimize HubSpot for lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation.
* Strong analytical skills for interpreting HubSpot data to enhance campaign performance.
* High attention to detail in handling large datasets.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to Have:
* Certification in HubSpot Marketing, Sales, or CRM platforms.
* Experience working in an agency or managing multiple client accounts.
* Skills in automation beyond HubSpot (e.g., Zapier or custom integrations).
* Experience with data governance and CRM best practices to ensure long-term data accuracy and compliance.
